The dataset consists of 3 sequences of respectively 85, 127, and 144 images from Corneal epithelium layer to Corneal endothelium taken from 3 patients by confocal microscope.

  • 3 sequences (85, 127, and 144 images) from epithelium to endothelium layers, from 3 patients.

  • Acquisition instrument: ConfoScan 4 confocal microscope (Nidek Technologies, Padova, Italy)

  • Field: 460x350 μm at 40X magnification

  • Image Format: JPEG compressed, monochrome, 768x576 pixel digital images

  • Source: Nidek Technologies, Padova, Italy
